BIZOL is an international manufacturer of motor oils and auto chemicals represented in many countries of the world. To support brand growth and increase the efficiency of business processes, there was a need for a centralized platform for managing all product information, as well as for coordinating work with partners and 'distributors.

The "Wings" agency proposed a comprehensive solution — the implementation of PIM-based Pimcore. However, this system has become more than just a tool for managing product information — it has become the core for all of the company's digital assets, including:

PIM as a single CMS for the website, OilGuide and marketing portal

Instead of creating separate platforms for the website, product catalog, OilGuide and marketing portal, we integrated all these tools into a single system based on Pimcore.

Site, OilGuide and the marketing portal run on a single engine.

Database changes PIM automatically update information on all connected platforms.

Simplified Content Management: news, blogs, technical data, marketing materials are all accessible from a single dashboard.

Centralized Product Management (PIM)

Thanks to the use of PIM as a CMS, this data is instantly displayed on the main site, in OilGuide and on the marketing portal.

Content localization and multilingual support

BIZOL works in different markets, so an important part of the project was content localization.

Integration with AI/ML translation platforms allowed us to automate content localization for each market.

Partners have limited access to edit content for their local versions of the site.

Each regional 'distributor can have its own subsite (on the subdomain of the main site) with local prices, filters by product availability and current points of sale.

Integration of OilGuide into the PIM system

OilGuide is a key tool for car owners to help them find the right lubricant for their car.

Now OilGuide is fully integrated with PIM, getting up-to-date product information without the need for data duplication.

Thanks to this, users always see the latest data on the compatibility of lubricants with their car, and partners can easily integrate OilGuide into their sites.

Search results in OilGuide lead to local stores or point-of-sale maps — this increases the chances of conversion.

Affiliate Marketing Portal

BIZOL provides its partners with a wide range of materials for brand promotion. Now all these materials are ' combined in a marketing portal managed through PIM.

Affiliates get access to brand books, logos, ad layouts, and instructions.

Content is automatically 'linked to relevant products, making it easier to navigate.

Automated Print Preparation: Distributors can create their own catalogs and booklets with their own prices using standard templates.

Integration of partner subsites

PIM system allows you to create localized subsites for distributors in different countries:

Subsites run on a single engine, but have their own content, prices, and a map of points of sale.

Distributors can edit their subsites on their own without breaking the structure of the main site.

Product information is automatically synchronized to reduce errors and simplify site maintenance.

Complexity of managing multilingual content: We automated localization and created a simple editing engine for local partners.
